INTRODUCTION
A spice, which has a characteristic aroma and texture, for which it is being used individually as well as base for many spice mixes and seasonings. Gujarat, m.p. and Rajasthan are leading producing states of India. Coriander forms the base of most Indian curries. Coriander seeds are very much considered to be carminative, diuretic, tonic, stomachic, antibilious, refrigerant. Harvest season January to march.
